(1) Spindle must not exceed the rated speed, if at rated speed regulate speed down step less, the voltage must be changed the same percentage, but power shall decline.

(2) If spindle makes an abnormal sound or particularly large vibration during running, shall stop to check, if necessary, replace the bearing.

(3) If spindle makes abnormal odor or stop suddenly during running, should immediately cut off the power supply, and use a megameter to measure stator resistance to ground, and check if three-phase resistors symmetrical. If  insulated resistance lost or unbalanced three-phase resistance over 5%, stator damaged, you should replace the stator.

(4) Not allowed to use any mechanical force to brake in the shaft end.

(5) After the Sunday or holiday, spindle shall idle half an hour firstly before starting work.

(6) Spindle is a precision product, no bump in transport, storage and use, particular the shaft end.

(7) Electric spindle occurs exceptions, should be repaired by professionals.
